Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、教職キャリアカウンセリングの研究・開発が進展している欧州の取組をもとに、教職カウンセリングプログラムの日本への導入を検討し、プログラムの開発をめざす。具体的には、小・中・高等学校教員の生涯のライフコースを視野に入れ、教員養成課程入学前から、大学・教職生活（初任期・中堅期・ベテラン期、退職後）の各ライフステージにおける、教職キャリアカウンセリングプログラムを開発する。
開発したプログラムは、教職をめざす若者の教職への適性理解を図るとともに、教員の各ステージにおける自己省察を可能とし、接続的なキャリア支援につながるものと期待される。
