| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究は, とくに高等学校段階におけるIRの開発と推進を準備するものである。その目的は，学習が変わる社会に向けた高校教育, 高大接続に向けたものとなっているか, さらには生徒の（将来の）仕事・社会への移行を促すものとなっているか, すなわち「トランジションを実現する学習のあり方を検討することにある。具体的に５つのモデル校を中心に，１．卒業生調査を含む高校IRの手法の開発および推進，２．その調査結果をカリキュラムアセスメントとし，改善と連動するPDCAサイクルの構築，３．カリキュラムアセスメントの導入を全国的に推進するため，１．と２．のアセスメント手法に関する手法を取りまとめ，一般化に努める。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We developed the model programs for high schools teachers/staff to acquire some techniques of data collection and analysis, and curriculum assessment (long-term rubrics and analytical methods in institutional research). For seven pilot schools, we advised them to make their educational objectives and to assess their curricula. And, for spreading our research activities, six seminars were conducted online from the pilot studies, and what were recorded was provided in the archives of our project website. Finally, for our next study after the grant ended, we surveyed to 5,065 high schools how high schools in Japan actually dealt with the government’s policy of “school policy.” Now we are writing a book “Guideline” based on the above achievements.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
（高校は）2022年から新学習指導要領が施行され、資質・能力の育成、カリキュラム・マネジメント等の施策が進められている。このテーマを進めていくと、畢竟課題になるのは、カリキュラムアセスメントである。本研究は、大学教育における教学マネジメントの取り組みを参考にして、高校にカリキュラムアセスメントについてのノウハウを支援していくガイドラインを研究開発したものである。大学の教学マネジメント、教学IR（institutional research）、長期的ルーブリックなどの学術的知見を高校に適用した実践的な取り組みである。
