Outline of Research at the Start

鉛を含有しない安価で耐久性に優れる環境適応型のハロゲン化ペロブスカイト材料を創製し、これを用いる光電変換素子のエネルギー変換効率を鉛型のレベルまで高めるための材料組成と製膜技術を構築し、無鉛型ペロブスカイトを用いる光電変換素子を高性能化して実用化を促すことを目的とする。ビスマス、スズ、チタン、銀などの金属カチオンで構成されるペロブスカイト結晶の薄膜を高品質で製膜する方法を溶液法と真空蒸着法の両面から検討し、光物性の計測等をもとに光発電における電荷再結合損失を抑制する組成改良と製膜方法の技術基盤を構築し、光電変換素子の高効率化につなげる。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

鉛を含有しない耐久性に優れる環境適応型のペロブスカイト光電変換素子を作製しそのエネルギー変換効率を高める研究を進めた。ペロブスカイト薄膜は溶液晶析法と気相法(真空蒸着法)の２つの方法で成膜した。Sn系ペロブスカイトでは光物性に必要なSnの2価イオン(Sn2+)を酸化に対して安定化させるpassivationの方法を検討した。SnのドーパントとしてGe(II)が安定化に効くことがわかった一方、還元性化合物としてフェニルシラン（PhSiH3）ならびに還元性オリゴマーのポリシランがpassivationに有効であることを見出した。Snペロブスカイト組成としてCs0.02 (FA 0.9 EA 0.1) 0.98 EDA 0.01 SnI3 (GeI2 /SnF 2 添加)をポリシランでpassivationをしたものでは、光電変換素子の開回路電圧が増加することで11%以上の変換効率を得ることができた。気相法を用いてもSn系ペロブスカイトを成膜して素子を作製し、亜鉛（Zn）を4%ドープした全無機組成のCsSn0.96Zn0.04Br3が比較的高い光電変換特性を示すことが見出された。Sn以外の金属カチオンとして、鉛をAg、Bi、Ti等に置き換えたペロブスカイトの薄膜を溶液法ならびに気相法によって成膜し、そして電荷輸送材料の種類を最適化することで光電変換素子の発電能力を高めた。Ag-Bi系材料ではAgとBiの比を変えた結晶を合成した中で、Ag2BiI5の薄膜で最高の光電変換効率として2.7%が得られた。また、ダブルペロブスカイトとしてCs2AgBiBr6を用いた素子では4%を超える効率が得られた。さらに、新たな展開としてハロゲンをイオウに置き換えたAgBiS2では感光波長が赤外領域まで広がり、この薄膜を溶液法で成膜して素子では5.5%以上の効率が得られた。これらの成果を論文に出版した。
