Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では，小学3年生～6年生の児童を対象として，ポジティブボディイメージを高める介入法を開発し，その効果を検証することを目的とする。まず，研究1として，効果検証のためのツールである児童用ポジティブボディイメージ測定尺度の作成を行う。次に，研究2として，ポジティブボディイメージを高める心の教育の開発を行う。最後に，研究3として，ポジティブボディイメージを高める心の教育の効果検証を行う。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究の目的は，児童を対象としたポジティブボディイメージを高める心理教育を開発し，その効果を検証することである。
令和2年度は，当該研究課題の最終年度にあたるため，これまでの研究成果について発表した。具体的には，昨年度実施した（a）ポジティブボディイメージの介入モデル構築に関する調査，および（b）児童を対象としたポジティブボディイメージを高める心理教育プログラムの開発および効果検証について，統計解析をおこない，論文としてまとめ，国内学術雑誌に投稿した。
また，昨年度の研究で得られた知見をさらに発展させ，次なる研究テーマへとつなげるため，ポジティブボディイメージの発達に関するウェブ調査を実施した。当該年度は，研究計画の立案に始まり，調査実施，データ解析まで完了することができた。今後は，解析結果をもとに論文を執筆し，国際学術雑誌に投稿する予定である。
