Outline of Research at the Start |

Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this research was to reveal a few analytic philosophers hidden in Vladimir Nabokov's novels and to discuss the analytic-philosophical themes in them. I contributed a paper on the memories in _Transparent Things_ to a volume of essays published in Poland. I also wrote a journal article on proper nouns, including Moore, which form essential themes in the work. Two Nabokovians from abroad and a scholar in analytic philosophy in Japan were invited to the five-week international symposium online with document presentations, for which I was a speaker and the moderator. The papers, comments, discussions, and questions & answers from the symposium were all published in the proceedings. In the project's final year, I read online a paper that complemented my symposium presentation at an international conference held in the United States.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
