Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The process and mechanism by which identity formation by entrepreneurs and organizations leads to the creation and organizational execution of corporate strategy, the establishment of competitive advantage, and the achievement of niche-top status in Kochi Prefecture, is empirically demonstrated in this study. Survey results, case descriptions and analysis results, and theoretical hypotheses were obtained from a total of eleven companies. These included Kakiuchi Co. Ltd., Kinsei Seishi Co. Ltd., Sunny Mart Co. Ltd., and Pacific Software Development Co. Ltd., and the seven originally planned companies namely, YAMAKIN Co. Ltd., Kanematsu Engineering Co. Ltd., Giken Ltd., Hirose Paper Mfg. Co. Ltd., Ujiden Chemical Industry Co. Ltd., Taiyo Co. Ltd., and Miroku Firearms Mfg. Co.
