本研究は、これまで保護者、子育て支援者、地域の大人それぞれに対して別のアプローチのもとに進められてきた「子育ち・子育てに対する学び」について、共通のプログラムを開発し、普及することにある。
具体的には、親支援プログラム「ノーバディーズ・パーフェクト」および家族療法の一技法である「リフレクティング・チーム・アプローチ」を基盤とした保護者、支援者、地域の大人すべてに有効となる「子育ち・子育て」に対する新たな地域包括的支援プログラムを開発し普及する研究を行なう。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study aimed to develop a common program for “learning about child-rearing,” which has been promoted under different approaches for parents, child-rearing supporters, and community residents. A comprehensive community support program based on a parenting program, “Nobody's Perfect,” and a family therapy program, the “Reflecting Team Approach,” were tested on various target groups.
We found that it was possible to implement the same structure of the program for three people in different positions, good relationships were created among participants regardless of generation and position, and objectivity and tolerance were increased due to a deeper knowledge and understanding of parenting.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
まず学術的意義として、「ノーバディーズ・パーフェクト（以下、NPとする）」をさまざまな人々を対象に実施することにより、従来の対象者である就学前の子の保護者と同様の効果が得られることが見出された。さらにNPのセッションを重ねることで相互受容感が醸成され、最終回に実施する「リフレクティング・チーム・アプローチ（以下、RTAとする）」の効果が促進されることが示唆された。また、これまでNPやRTAは対面でのみ実施されてきたが、本研究によりオンラインでの実施も可能となった。
社会的意義としては、本プログラムの実施により、地域全体での子育て力が向上し、世代間交流の促進につながることが示唆された。
