| Outline of Research at the Start |
①素材の発掘・収集：基本原理を実現し得る学習素材を，先行研究，自然・社会現象の数理的モデル化，STEM 教材，過去のSSH 実践などを参考に発掘・収集する。
②素材における探究プロセスの抽出と教材への具体化：「理数探究基礎」「理数探究」における探究プロセスを想定して，具体的教材に落とし込む。
③教材の試行的指導による評価と修正：②の教材を高校・高専・大学で試行的に指導し，想定した探究プロセスを生徒・学生が共通して達成し得るかどうか評価し，修正する。
④育成すべき資質・能力の観点からの教材の体系化：①～③を経た教材で育成し得る具体的な資質・能力を，新設科目で育成すべき資質・能力の観点から体系化する。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
It is a study to develop the teaching materials which connect high school study and university study in the high school new subjects "science and mathematics research basics" and "the science and mathematics research," with mathematical approach as a pivot leg.
It consists of four processes: ①"Excavation and collection of materials" ②"Extraction of the research process in the materials, and its realization to the teaching materials" ③"Evaluation and correction in trial-like classes using these materials" ④"Systematization of the teaching materials from the viewpoint of nature and ability that we should raise."
The home schools of the study group member are various; junior high schools, senior high schools, prep schools, technical colleges, universities, and graduate schools.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
平成30年改訂の高等学校学習指導要領における教科「理数」の新設科目「理数探究基礎」及び「理数探究」を数学面から支援できる教材を開発してきた．特に高大接続を意識し，学術研究を通した知の創出に貢献しうる資質・能力を当該科目で育成すべき資質・能力の１つとして定め，その探究プロセス遂行能力の育成を企図した．
