Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、１修正感情体験をターゲットとしたケースフォーミュレーション法の開発、2修正感情体験を効果的に促進する介入法の同定、3その介入の臨床訓練の開発と効果の検討、という3つの柱からなる。1の修正感情体験をターゲットとしたケースフォーミュレーション法の開発は、文献研究および、心理療法プロセス研究に基づく。2の介入プロセスの検討では、課題分析を用いたプロセス研究と臨床家に対するインタビューをもとにした分析から、修正感情体験の介入原則および介入課題を明らかにする。3では、2で開発した介入モデルを、複数事例研究法を用いて検証する。

Outline of Final Research Achievements

The research project aimed at developing an emotion-focused method of facilitating corrective emotional experience. The process and outcome of emotion-focused therapy and accelerated experiential dynamic psychotherapy were examined in relation to the occurrence of corrective emotional experience. Both therapies achieved a large effect size at termination. Corrective emotional experience played a central role in the change process.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

修正感情体験について実証的な視点から検討した。また、修正感情体験の促進を中心に据えた心理療法の効果を示すことが出来た。クライエントの主観的体験という視点から修正感情体験のプロセスについて理解した。
