| Outline of Research at the Start |
ペアレント・トレーニング（PT）は、国の発達障害者支援体制整備の重要施策の一つに位置づけられている。我が国でも発達障害のある子どもの親を対象としたPTが各地で行われているもののプログラムの内容や効果測定のための尺度は様々で、効果検証は十分に行われていない。
申請者らはPT研究グループを立ち上げ、PTの基本部分を「基本プラットホーム」として短縮版プログラムを作成し、支援者養成を開始した。本研究では、①共通で使用可能なアウトカム尺度の精査、②PT 実施群および非実施群における効果検証、③支援者養成プログラムの効果検証を行い、PT普及を進めるための効果的なプログラム及び地域実装の効果と課題を検証する。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We have developed a “basic platform” as a standard parent training program for children with developmental disabilities and have implemented a training program for support providers. We are planning to examine the content of questionnaire items used in evaluation scales employed in parent training programs across different regions, and a survey is scheduled to be conducted. In addition, we will verify the effectiveness of multi-year implementations of the basic platform at local institutions. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the parent training provider training program will be examined by comparing online and face-to-face training formats.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
研究成果の公表は予定より遅れているものの、ほぼデータ収集は終えており、本研究により、地域で実践されている発達障害のある子どものペアレント・トレーニングの評価に関する知見が得られると考える。また、標準的な短縮版プログラムである「基本プラットホーム」の地域における継続実施の効果および支援者養成プログラムの効果を明らかにし、今後の地域における発達障害のある子どもの家族支援としてのペアレント・トレーニングの発展に貢献できる。
