We have developed an animal system for a quantitative gene locus analysis specialized for the carcinogenic process after Ras activating mutation and hosted the process before Ras mutation (metabolism of carcinogen, DNA repair, somatic cell recombination) like a lung cancer model by a carcinogen. As a result, 18 genes expressed in lung cancer cells that nobody has found so far (Srsf6, Cdc7, Chek2, Adam8, Dusp4, Zdhhc2, Naf1, Nat2, Calr, Fto, Ndgr4, Nfat5, Zfhx3, Kmt2a, Sik3, USP32, Mrp23, Trim25) showed cell proliferation inhibitory activity, and one (Dek) showed cell proliferation promoting activity.
