Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、複数のヒドロキシ基をもつ反応基質の特定のヒドロキシ基のみをリン酸エステル化することのできるリン酸エステル合成法の開発を目指す。まず触媒的活性化を可能にするリン酸化剤を探索し、それを用いて反応位置の制御を可能にする触媒を開発する。また、不斉触媒的リン酸化に展開することで、フィンゴリモド-リン酸やイノシト ール-1-リン酸等の短工程不斉合成を目指す。
