| Outline of Research at the Start |
RECを軟骨損傷作製動物(日本白色家兎）に移入する（①関節内注射、②ゲル状移植）。
異種移植を通じて、細胞移入による効果（炎症抑制・組織修復・細胞残存期間・RECの至適細胞数ならびに至適投与法など）を検証し、その有効性と安全性を明らかにする非臨床POCを遂行する。

| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
関節内に各濃度の高純度間葉系幹細胞の関節内注射を行った。検体を脱灰し、染色を行い組織学的検索を行った。
本年度は、高純度間葉系幹細胞をアテロコラーゲンに包埋没し、膝関節内に移植後に組織学的精査、疼痛に関して検討予定である。
