Outline of Research at the Start	少子高齢多死社会に対応するために、病院完結型から地域完結型への医療の転換が提言され、その成功を左右するとして、患者の最も身近で生活を取り戻す看護を提供する病院看護師に期待が寄せられている。病院看護師による地域完結型看護の実践を促すために、何よりも、病を抱えた高齢者が、住み慣れた地域で自分らしく、不安なく療養を続けることを可能にするために、病院で提供される地域完結型看護の質を測定する尺度を開発する。
