| Outline of Research at the Start |
卒業時の看護実践能力を強化する授業のあり方や学習方法が明らかにされていない。私たちはこれまでの研究で、探究と社会貢献の両立は学生の意欲をはぐくみ、主体的な学修態度へ導くことを明らかにした。本研究では、これらの成果を発展させ、主体的に考える力を養う初年次教育に着目する。探究学習を実現するための授業モデルを構築するとともに、学生を探究へ導くためのルーブリックを開発し、パフォーマンス評価を行う。さらに、探究学習の授業実践力を強化する教員研修法を開発し、初年次教育の充実を図りたい。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The aim of this research were the following three points. First, we contracted the exploratory leaning program to promote critical thinking and collaboration. Second, we developed rubric to assess nursing student performance during exploratory leaning. Third, we crated a training program for exploratory leaning, and shared that program for teachers.
We almost achieved the three main purposes during the research period.

ディシプリンとコミュニケーション作法の強化により、従来の看護系初年次教育では得られなかった主体的な学修態度へ導く学習方法を明らかにすることができた点は、学術的意義である。このことは、学ぶ意欲や興味を導出し、自己認識・社会認識の形成に役立つ観点により、社会的意義は大きいものと考えられる。
