Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では,特定行為研修に関わってきた経験をもとに,看護職の遠隔学習を促進・継続させるための最適な学習支援プログラムを構築する.このプログラムには,ICT活用支援,学習管理支援,最適コンテンツの開発,メンタリングを含む.研究対象は遠隔学習を実施し,年齢層も多様である特定行為研修の指定研修機関に所属する研修生とし,プログラム実施前後のオンライン学習者コンピテンシーの獲得状況,遠隔学習修了率や自己調整学習方略の変化にて評価する.

Outline of Final Research Achievements

Although distance learning opportunities for nurses have increased, some nurses have difficulty adapting to distance learning, and their progress may be delayed or they may stop learning. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed the learning tendencies of nurses who conduct distance learning, and developed a training course to cultivate the competencies necessary for learning, following the process of design research. The results showed that the dropout rate of distance learning decreased among nurses who took the training course, and that their literacy in using information and communication technology for online learning and their ability to plan and revise their learning plans improved.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

本研究では,看護教育に加えて,教育工学や情報工学の観点からプログラム開発を行った点で独自性がある.構築した学習支援プログラムは,当初予定していた看護職の復職支援,地域・へき地医療や在宅医療に寄与する看護職への学習支援になるだけでなく,新型コロナウィルス感染症の影響を受けて拡大した看護職の遠隔学習に対するニーズに合っていた.また,看護職だけでなく同様の状況が推察される他の医療職への適応も可能である.
