| Outline of Research at the Start |
令和1年度は、「看図アプローチ」を基盤にビジュアルテキスト・授業モデルを開発する。開発したものを研究協力校で研究代表者山下が複数回実践し、授業モデルを洗練していく。ビジュアルテキストの開発は研究代表者山下と研究協力者石田が担当し、授業モデルの開発は研究分担者鹿内のスーパーバイズを受ける。
令和2・3年度は、開発したビジュアルテキスト・授業モデルを山下以外の看護教員にも実践してもらい再現性を確認する。再現性が確認できた授業モデルをもとに「看護基礎教育における創造的思考力育成プログラム」を構築、その有効性を検証する。さらに、看護学領域における創造的思考力を量的・質的に評価できる方法の開発を目指す。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In order to cultivate the critical thinking skills, need for effective nursing practice, we aimed to design a “Kanzu approach”-based program for the development of such skills which is suitable for students in basic nursing education. After confirming the usefulness of the program, we carried out at pilot schools and created the Kanzu Approach Lesson Matrix. As a result of the program, learners who tended to simply look for a single correct answer to a given question or problem at the time of entrance to nursing school transformed into proactive, creative learners who sought the best possible answer by their third year. We also conducted a preliminary study wherein we collected heartrate data from Students of Early-Childhood Education to evaluate their creative thinking process. The results showed that the HF and LF/HF values when the participants were thinking differed depending on whether or not they were observing/selecting the pictures.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
現代の看護学教育に求められているのは、どのような状況下においても看護の対象にとって最善を探求し、個々人に応じた看護を創造できる看護者の育成である。本研究成果は、具体的な創造的思考の育成モデル及び授業指導案を提案しているため、看護学教育における学術的意義が高い。また、看図アプローチを活用した授業では、学習者は自然と教材に対し、深い読み解きをはじめ、「主体」として学習活動をすすめるため、教員が膨大な知識を教授することなく、成績の向上を図ることができる。また、協同性の向上にも寄与している可能性も示唆されたため、VUCA時代の求める人材育成も可能になる。
