クリティカルケア看護師は、刻々と変化する医療現場、絶え間なく繰り返される治療重視の環境の中で、生命の危機状況にある患者や家族のケアを行っている。そのような非日常的な治療環境において生じる患者や家族への倫理的対応は、看護師にとって必要な看護実践である。そこで、クリティカルケア看護師の倫理的実践力向上や倫理的実践を導く手がかりにするために、クリティカルケア看護のスペシャリストである急性・重症患者看護専門看護師の倫理的実践知を明らかにし、その体系化を行う。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study aims to elucidate the ethical practical knowledge inherent in the ethical nursing practice of certified nurse specialists in critical care nursing (CCNS).The study was conducted in three stages. In the first stage, to clarify the ethical nursing practices of CCNS,11 participants were divided into three groups, each undergoing a focus group interview. The data collected were analyzed using the qualitative synthesis method (KJ method) (Research Objective 1).In the second stage, to identify the ethical practical knowledge embedded in the ethical nursing practice of CCNSs, each group engaged in pulse discussions regarding the results obtained in Research Objective 1.The data were again analyzed using the KJ method (Research Objective 2).In the third stage, based on the findings of Research Objective 2, specific ethical practical knowledge was examined (Research Objective 3).We identified specific types of ethical practical knowledge, ultimately deriving 17 elements.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
クリティカルケア領域の臨床の場において、看護師は様々な倫理的場面に遭遇し、倫理的ジレンマを感じながらも倫理的な問題に上手く対応できずに苦悩することが多い。クリティカルケア領域における看護実践のスペシャリストであるCCNSが体得している倫理的実践知の研究成果は、クリティカルケア看護師の倫理的な看護実践を導く手がかりになると考えられる。また、看護師が自らの行動を振り返る基盤となり倫理的実践力を高める学びにもなり得る。さらに、倫理的実践知を蓄積させていくことは、クリティカルケア領域における看護実践の質向上に貢献するものと考える。
