| Outline of Research at the Start |
研究の目的は、①対話的な子育て支援における専門家のスタンスや役割を明らかにすること、②母子保健活動や子育て支援での相談や助言において保健師が認識する専門家のスタンスや役割、葛藤、継続的な支援のために大切にしていることや工夫を明らかにすること、③実践現場との協働により対話的子育て支援のための心構えガイド(仮)を考案することである。第1調査として、既存の支援における対話時の専門家のスタンス等を整理する。第2調査として、保健師へのインタビュー、対話に関する勉強会等を経て、対話を通した子育て支援の心構えを文章化し、実践し、リフレクションを行い、対話的子育て支援のための心構えガイド（仮）を考案する。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study focused on the dialogue between public health nurses and parents/family regarding child-rearing support and established a mental readiness guide to achieve continuous child-rearing support.Public health nurses were interviewed, and the data were analyzed using a qualitative inductive approach. The attitude toward dialogue that public health nurses consider within the continuous support was identified, and a “Mental readiness guide for dialogical child-rearing support” was created. Through actual practice by the public health nurses, keeping the guide in mind, and post-practice interviews, the guide was found to be a foundational reference for continuing the dialogue and provided a foothold for discovering a new way to understand the attitude towards the dialogue. Moreover, how support should be for “dialogical child-rearing support” that considers child-rearing support as “co-creating a story of child-rearing” was also presented.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
学術的意義として、子育て支援を「対話」という視点で見つめ直すことで、子育て支援とは、親・家族と保健師が一緒に創るものであるとし、“子育ての物語を共創すること”を重視した“対話的子育て支援”という支援のあり方を提案したことが挙げられる。社会的意義として、継続的な子育て支援における親・家族との対話における保健師の姿勢を示し、対話の姿勢について理解を広げるための足がかりにもなる「対話的子育て支援のための心構えガイド」を考案したことが挙げられる。これにより、これまで言及されていなかった子育て支援における親・家族と保健師との対話について明示し、継続的な子育て支援の実現に寄与した。
