Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、訪問看護の現場において、より被害を受けやすい状況にあると推察される新任訪問看護師を対象とした暴力・ハラスメント防止教育プログラムを開発する。プログラム開発のプロセスにおいて、地域の各組織と協働し、①訪問看護ステーションを広域的に支援している組織団体との協働による啓発活動（広域的支援）、②訪問看護ステーションの暴力・ハラスメント対策の整備支援（事業所での支援）、③新任訪問看護師の対処力を高める教育プログラム案の実践（個人の取り組み支援）を重層的に行い、プログラム案の有用性と、体制整備が図れるか検証する。
