Outline of Research at the Start

「精神障害にも対応した地域包括ケアシステム」構築が推進される中、精神疾患・障害に関する相談支援の質を担保していくには、委託化が進んでいる基幹相談支援センターと責任主体である市町村との協働は不可欠である。
本研究では、基幹相談支援センターと市町村との協働において、市町村保健師に必要とされる技術を行動レベルで明らかにし、その技術を評価する指標を開発することを目的とする。開発した指標により、市町村保健師の協働の実態を調査し、協働における課題とりわけ委託事業の責任自治体保健師としての役割遂行における課題を考察し、保健師の基幹相談支援　センターとの協働のあり方を提言する。
