近年、NPOと企業のように複数の組織が組織間関係を形成し、社会的課題に取り組むことが求められている。パートナーとなる組織から自身の資源に価値があると認識された場合に、組織間関係は形成されるため、組織は潜在的なパートナーが自身の資源や活動に価値を見出すように、仕向ける必要がある。そして、資源の価値はフレームワークと結びつけられることで生じるため、組織はフレーミングと呼ばれる他者のフレームワークの変化を促す活動を行わなければならない。本研究の目的は、組織によるフレーミング活動に注目することで、組織は資源の価値をどのように作り出し、他組織に資源の価値を認識させるのかを明らかにすることである。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study aimed to identify the process of sharing frameworks in interorganizational relationships through qualitative research. We focused particularly on cross-sector collaborations involving organizations from different sectors, such as non-profit organizations (NPOs) and corporations. While previous studies on cross-sector collaboration have primarily addressed collaborations with cooperative actors, framing has been considered effective for sharing frameworks. However, given that perspectives other than framing are necessary to engage non-cooperative actors in collaboration, we discussed the applicability of actor-network theory in collaboration research."

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
クロスセクター・コラボレーション研究には、①コラボレーションに影響を及ぼす多様なアクターがどのように可視化されるのかが見落とされている、②可視化された敵対的・非協力的なアクターをいかに巻き込むかが十分に検討されていない、という課題が存在する。これらの課題を克服するためにアクター・ネットワーク理論の適用可能性を示唆したことで、本研究はクロスセクター・コラボレーション研究に対する学術的貢献を有する。また、非協力的なアクターの巻き込みは、現実のNPOが直面する課題の1つであるため、アイデンティティの読み替えという手法の提示は、クロスセクター・コラボレーションの形成を促進するという社会的意義を有する。
