申請者は、現在の中国が抱える介護の課題に対して、日本で培われた質の高い「日本式介護」サービスの導入が有効であると考える。実際に近年、「日本式介護」は中国の介護市場に進出したが、一方で利用者獲得困難や現地サービスとの差別化に苦慮している。そこで、日本式介護サービスの導入を促進するために、その質の高さと意義を実証的に示すことが本研究の目的である。
具体的には、第１に国内外の介護の質評価の指標と理論を検討し、独自な評価指標を開発する。第２、何をもって日本式介護サービスの質が高いと言えるか、日中比較の視点から実証的に明らかにするものである。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, we developed evaluation indicators for Japanese-style elderly care entering the Chinese care market and elucidated its characteristics. While we focused on outcome-based evaluation indicators, the strict isolation policies implemented by the Chinese government due to the COVID-19 pandemic prevented verification in Chinese facilities. As an alternative, we clarified how Japanese-style elderly care, emphasizing independent support, is being approached in China through interviews with Japanese managers.

本研究の学術的独自性は、国際的に共通するオリジナルな評価測定指標を開発することによって、国際的視点を用いて日本式介護を評価することである。日本式介護の特徴が視覚化されることによって、施設の利用者獲得や意義と価値の共有の課題を克服することができる。その結果として、中国の高齢介護問題の解決に貢献ができると共に、日本の介護事業者の国際事業化推進に対して情報提供ができる。
