| Outline of Research at the Start |
発達障害のうち不注意や多動・衝動性といった特異性を呈するADHD児の重症度について、脳機能計測法を用いて定量化する手法を考案した。さらに、機械学習を解析に適用することで飛躍的に診断予測精度を向上させた。本研究では、さらに他の発達障害であるASDの重症度測定法を加えることで、両者の鑑別診断補助システムを開発することを目的とする。ADHDとASDでは中核症状や介入方法は全く異なるが、主観的には同じ発達障害として混同されやすく判別が困難なため、本システムの有用性は非常に高いといえる。また、小児に加えて成人や健常高齢者を比較対象とすることで、加齢に伴う経時的変化に対応するシステムを構築する。

It is noteworthy that 7 peer-reviewed academic journals were selected, 15 conference presentations and symposiums were held, 1 best presentation award was awarded at an international conference, and 1 presentation award was received at a domestic conference. It is an achievement that should be done.

これまで、十分な報告がなされていなかった、小児から成人、高齢者にかけてのダイナミックな認知機能の変化について多角的に明らかにすることができた。
