Outline of Research at the Start

Outline of Final Research Achievements

The purposes of this study are (1) to assess the impact of radiosonde observations over the high-latitudes on forecast skills of sever events over the mid-latitudes in both Hemispheres, (2) to identify improved mid-latitude sever weather events by Polar regions observations, and (3) to investigate observation impacts over each region in Polar Regions.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements
