Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、次世代シーケンサーを用いたゲノムワイドなエピゲノム解析により角膜と結膜の違いがどのように生じているのか、ひいてはヒト角膜上皮細胞の特異性維持に関与する転写制御プログラムの全体像を明らかにすることを目的としたものであり、角膜輪部機能不全の新たな治療法を創出する基盤になると期待される。
