Outline of Research at the Start

研究代表者はこれまでに新卒看護職者の離職予防を目的に、ワーク・エンゲージメント（以下WE）を活用し研究を行っている。WEとは仕事に関するポジティブで充実した心理状態をあらわす概念であり、職場定着や職務満足度、仕事への積極性との関係が多数報告され注目されている概念である。現在、新卒の離職予防の一つとして多くの病院でプリセプター制が行われているが、新卒看護職者（プリセプティ）と先輩看護職者（プリセプター）の組み合わせは、経験知によるものがほとんどで十分な検討がなされていない。このため、本研究ではプリセプティとプリセプターにWEを活用したペアリングを行うとプリセプティの離職意思が減少するか検証を行う。
