| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究の目的は、行政保健師が小規模事業と連携して、メンタルヘルス対策担当者の育成と健康教育を推進するための地域職域連携ガイドを作成することである。まず、連携ガイドに含めるべき項目や内容を明らかにし、連携ガイドの原案を作成する。次に、作成した連携ガイドをもとに小規模事業所の担当者育成研修と従業員を対象とした健康教育を実施する。最後に、これらを集約して地域職域連携ガイドを完成すると同時に、他の自治体における活用の可能性を明らかにする。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We conducted series of studies to develop a guide for collaboration of community and occupational health to promote mental health measures in small and medium-sized enterprises. Series of studies included (1) interview for managers in small and medium-sized enterprises, (2) a scoping review about measures in small and medium-sized enterprises, (3) systematic review of interventions to promote mental health help-seeking among workers, and (4) randomized controlled trial to examine the effects of health education video. After these studies, we developed a guide for collaboration of community and occupational health.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
小規模事業場のメンタルヘルス対策を推進するためには、地域・職域連携を推進することが重要であるが、その取り組みを推進するための具体的な内容や方法が不足している。そこで、本研究では行政と小規模事業場が連携し、メンタルヘルス対策に取り組むための地域・職域連携ガイドと健康教育動画を作成した。作成した地域・職域連携ガイドと健康教育動画を活用することで、多くの労働者が働いている小規模事業場での取り組みを促進するこが期待できる。
