Outline of Research at the Start

ソーシャルビッグデータを分析することで,実世界のイベントや,人々の興味,観光スポットへのレビューなどを得ることが可能である.また,近年は観光産業が注目を浴びており,その中で個々人に最適な観光情報を提供することは,多様化した旅行形態において重要な課題である.ユーザの明示的な属性,暗黙的な属性,コンテキストは,データの欠損や,そもそもデータとして存在しないなど情報の提供に利用するのは困難な場合がある.そこで,本研究では,ソーシャルビッグデータにおいてそれらを推定する手法の開発,さらにユーザの多様な情報を包括的に考慮して旅行者に観光情報を提供するための技術の開発を目的とする.

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

ウェブ上の多様なコンテンツを収集し,それらのソーシャルビッグデータを用いてユーザの属性推定や移動情報の分析・推定に取り組んでいる.具体的には,ユーザの実際の行動を示す移動情報を収集し,それを基にユーザの関心や行動を推測している.
ユーザの移動の分散表現を作成は,ユーザの移動の予測や,補間,分析などのタスクで行われている.そのため,良い分散表現を得ることは,それらのタスクの性能の改善に貢献する.そこで,ソーシャルメディアから収集したユーザの移動データをメッシュでシーケンス化し,そのデータを用いて移動の分散表現を生成した.この分散表現を活用することで,地域ごとの移動パターンを分析し,地域の移動の特徴を可視化した.
また,ユーザの移動軌跡データには情報の損失が伴うため,観光目的での利用にはそのデータを復元することが重要である.さらに,ユーザの移動データをより正確に再現することは,それらのデータを用いる観光などのアプリケーションなどが有用な情報を提供することに寄与する.そこで,移動軌跡において,失われた測位点を復元する手法の開発に取り組んでいる.
これらの研究成果は,地理情報システム学会第32回学術研究発表大会や,言語処理学会第30回年次大会で発表した.2024年度においても,これまでに得られた成果を基にさらなる発展を目指し,ユーザ属性の推定やコンテキスト分析,それらの観光への応用に引き続き取り組む予定である.
