| Outline of Research at the Start |
若者の成人期への移行における社会関係資本の役割と、何らかの「移行の危機」にある若者ほど社会関係資本が乏しく限定的であり、公的機関の支援が必要であるという関連研究からの知見に加えて、新たに支援機関の職員自身の専門能力の養成メカニズムを、人的資本の形成、そして社会関係資本の形成の両面から検討することにより、若者の成人期への移行支援において支援機関が果たしうる役割をより精緻に解明する。

The research topic has been explored through doing qualitative research for youth workers and university lecturers who are majoring in related section, and through reviewing documents in relevant area.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
従来日本において若者支援の専門能力養成に関する研究は、生田(2014)など社会教育学の分野を中心に行われ、基礎能力の体系化が目指されてきた。しかし若者支援に必要な専門能力は学術領域上多岐にわたり、また個々の若者の抱えている問題により職員が必要とする能力は異なるため、困難も指摘されている。本研究は職場および専門職養成課程における職員の専門能力の養成を、職員個人の能力の形成と、問題解決のために活用可能な社会的ネットワークの形成という観点から調査研究を行った。
