Outline of Research at the Start |

Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, for finding important antigens, we intended to measure the killing activity of cytotoxic T lymphocyte to a target cell (that presents an antigen) by developing a new method. After multiple trials, we finally measured the killing activity with high reproducibility by the new method. We also showed that this activity was specific for a matched TCR-antigen pair. These results provide us with an opportunity to identify biologically important antigens, which is valuable progress as an exploratory research.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
