Outline of Research at the Start	病原細菌は細胞外に「膜小胞」を放出し、病原因子を搭載して宿主の上皮細胞に侵入し炎症を引き起こす。膜小胞の放出に関わる因子は従来の研究で明らかになりつつあるものの、膜小胞の構成因子が細胞内でどのように運動し、細胞のどの部位から膜小胞が分泌するのか、タンパク質1分子レベルでの挙動は明らかになっていない。本国際共同研究では超解像イメージングによる膜小胞分泌機構の解明を目指す。
