Research Abstract |
Raspberry-like assembly of polysaccharide nanogels with a high potential as a carrier for protein delivery was prepared. The present study proposes a novel therapeutic intervention technology, taking advantage of slow and sustained release of bioactive cytokines such as IL12. New siRNA or CpG DNA delivery systems were also developed by functional cycloamylose nanogels.
