Research Abstract

我々はこれまでに、皮膚求心神経へのシナフス前抑制が、動的随意運動中に促進し、その促進の一部がト降性運動指令によって引き起こされている事を示した。今年度は、この下降性指令の感覚モダリティに依存した作動機序を明らかにするため、筋求心神経へシナプス前抑制について同様な実験を行った。一頭のサルに手首屈曲進展運動を行わせ、橈骨神経深枝(DR)から短潜時入力を受ける脊髄ニューロンを検索し、その近傍で微小電流刺激を行い、DRにおいて誘発される電位を記録した(興奮性試験)。DRからの記録や刺激は.カフ電極を慢性的に埋め込むことにより安定的に行った。その結果、DRから記録された誘発電位のサイズは手首の動的伸展時には安静時に比べて増大したが、屈曲課題においては変化がなかった。この点は屈曲進展に関わらず動的運動時に誘発電位の増大した皮膚神経へのシナプス前抑制とは大きく異制は、行われている運動の種類に応じてより繊細に制御されている可能性を示唆していた。特に、伸展運動時に伸筋求心神経からのシナプス前抑制が増大した事実は、下降性運動指令が主働・協働筋由来の反射経路を積極的に修飾することによって運動の制御を行っている事を反映しているのかもしれない。
