Research Abstract

世代対祢性を持つE6大統一理論において予言される特徴的なスフェルミオンスペクトラムが、LHCでいかに確認されうるか、ということについて研究し、特徴的ないくつかのシグナルがることがわかったので、論文にまとめた。
また、代表的な超対称性媒介シナリオの一つであるゲージ媒介シナリオにおいて、媒介場がSU(5)大統一理論の完全表現になっていない様々な場合についての、LHCにおける予言を研究した。これまで、そのようなゲージ媒介シナリオについては、あまり、考えられていない。その理由は、超対称性理論の大きな魅力の一つであるゲージ結合定数の大統一スケールでの一致が一般には満足できなくなってしまうためであったが、我々が提唱した異常U(1)による大統一理論では、SU(5)大統一理論の完全表現でない質量を持つ多くの粒子が現れるにもかかわらず、ゲージ結合定数における成功を満足させることができるので、それらの完全表現でない場のうちの幾つかが媒介粒子として働く場合にどのような予言ができるか、をまじめに考えることが重要になってきた。特に、ゲージーノ質量が大統一理論から予言される関係式を満足しないことが大きな特徴の一つなので、そのことをLHCで如何に確かめるか、という観点に注目して、研究を進めた。結果、LHCのそれぞれのステージで、興味あるシグナルが見えうることがわかり、それらの事実を論文にまとめて発表した。
