Research Abstract

今年度は、前年に引き続き超伝導や電荷密度波における準粒子の新奇なダイナミクスと粒子-ホール対称性の破れについて、ミクロなレベルからのの研究を行った。
(1)電荷密度波の時間に依存するギンツブルグ・ランダウ方程式(TDGL)に関する研究
前年の成果を受けて以下の研究を進めた。
・CDWのTDGLに関するミクロなレベルからの導出に関する研究
非平衡状態を解析可能なKeldyshグリーン関数の方法を用いて、導出したTDGLの理論的正当性に関して検討した。(広島大・高根美武氏との共同研究)
・CDWのダイナミクスのシミュレーション手法の開発
前年に引き続きTDGLを用いたCDWダイナミクスのシミュレーション手法を開発した。特に、従来から用いられてきたTDGLと我々が新規に導出したものとの違いについて、数値的な観点から明らかにする方法を検討した。
(2)グラフェンにおける粒子-ホール対称性と超伝導電流に関する研究
前年度の研究で1層および2層のグラフェンにおける超伝導近接効果(超伝導-グラフェン-超伝導接合)の振る舞いについて解析し、2層系では接合を流れる臨界電流に、特異な温度および電極間距離に関する振動が現れることを示した。本年度は、特にグラフェンにAB副格子(sublattice)が存在する効果を定量的に明らかにすることを目指して研究を進めた。具体的には前年度議論したトンネル・ハミルトニアンの方法を、副格子を区別して定式化し、計算を行った。その結果、2層グラフェンの振動現象は、AB副格子で交互に起きており、それらを平均すると1層系と同様に振動のない単調な振る舞いを示すことが分かった。現在さらに、振動現象を物理的に観測する為の手段についても検討しており、一定の成果を得ている。
