酸性部位と塩基性部位を併せ持つキラル分子触媒の理論研究

Research Abstract

キラルチオ尿素触媒を用いるニトロオレフィンとジメチルマロネートとの不斉Maichael反応について分子軌道計算により反応の遷移状態構造を求めた。しかし、論文に記載のように2つのチオ尿素のNHプロトンがニトロ基に水素結合した構造だけでなく1つ水素結合した構造も得られ、立体制御因子の解明には至らなかった。触媒と反応基質との相互作用が特定の部位に限定されず、いろいろな部位での相互作用も起こるため単純には説明できないことが分かった。
そこで、触媒構造の自由度の小さい系での研究を行なうこととした。最近キラルロジウム2核錯体を用いる不斉反応が注目されているため、そのカルボキシレート触媒を用いるα-アルキル-α-ジアゾエステルとフェニルアセチレンのシクロプロペン化反応の立体選択性に関する研究を行なった。触媒構造について調べたところ4つのテトらブロモフタロイルアミド部分がall upのものが1つだけdownのものに比べ7.03kcal/mol安定で、その安定性は4つのハロゲン結合(Brとアミド酸素とのBr-0)のためであることが分かった。触媒とα-アルキル-α-ジアゾエステルから得られるカルベン錯体とフェニルアセチレンとの反応の遷移状態を計算したところ、4つの遷移状態構造が得られた。不斉炭素のためにフタロイルアミド基は傾いた形をしており、4つのフタロイルアミド基はゆるいながらもらせん形をしている。そのため、アセチレンの近づく向きにより大きなt-Bu基がフタロイル基と接近してしまうためR体プロペンが生成することが分かった。また、分子軌道計算に基づいた5配位アンチモン化合物の熱異性化の反応が、turnstile rotationで起こることを初めて明らかにすることにも成功した。
