Research Abstract

With comprehensive genomic and epigenomic analysis, we investigated aberrant regulation of transcription in cancer cells. We identified the target genes directly driven by the transcription factors involved in cellular differentiation and growth, and revealed that epigenomic landscape is dynamically altered during cellular differentiation, oncogene-induced senescence and viral infection. Finally we reported somatic mutations in pancreatic cancer cell lines and hepatocellular carcinoma genome.
