Research Abstract |
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the issues of pregnancy, birth and child-rearing of teenage being related to increasing the number of young lone-mother families in Japan. This study has revealed three things. The first thing is to reveal the realities of pregnancy, birth and child-rearing of teenage in Japan and South Korea. The second thing is to reveal specialist's child-rearing support systems for young parents in maternal and child health and in child welfare of Japan and Korea, and problems to be solved. Third thing is to reveal that it is necessary to have family policy for young parents.
