Research Abstract |
We have promoted a research on discharge phenomena in heterogeneous media composed of gas and liquid phases under controlled conditions. Firstly, we investigated discharge characteristics in water containing micro-bubbles and atmospheric gas containing liquid mists. Then, we analyzed the plasmas produced in underwater bubbles containing various gases and the discharge aftereffects, and discussed the production and loss processes of reactive species such as H, O, OH, etc.
