Research Abstract

W-SiO_2 and W-Al_2O_3 functionally graded materials for high-intensity quartz and alumina envelope discharge lamps were successfully achieved using a combined sedimentation and pressurized slip-casting method with uniform grading from the conductive part (W-rich phase) to the sealing part (fused silica and alumina)
