Research Abstract |
Transgenic chicken bioreactor systems were developed for the production of pharmaceutical proteins using the avian transgenic technology. In the present study, development of oviduct-specific gene expression systems, control strategy for sugar chain modification of glycoprotein products, and biologics production suitable for transgenic chicken bioreactors were examined to establish the procedure as a biologics production system.
