Research Abstract |
Hydrogen behavior and defect formation under the ion irradiation were systematically examined in ternary lithium oxides by using optical methods combined with ion-beam analysis techniques. Hydrogen trapping and release characteristics were quantitatively measured, and mechanisms of interaction between hydrogen atoms and oxygen vacancies were considered in details.
