Research Abstract |
We have studied rotary mechanism of F-ATPase (ATP synthase) and V-ATPase (lysosome-type ATPase) under the physiological conditions. Significant results were obtained for biochemical and thermodynamic regulatory mechanism. We also studied roles of V-ATPase in vesicle trafficking and formation of osteoclast plasma membrane. Formation of multinuclear cells was studied together with osteoclast differentiation.
