Research Abstract

今日,生産ラインの設計において,シミュレータを用いて各設備仕様パラメータの値を決めることが多く,さらには現代の複雑化した生産ラインでは試行錯誤的調整が難しく,これらの設備仕様パラメータを最適化する手法の確立が求められている.2008年度では:
その1:現在までに研究されている組立てラインバランシング(ALB)モデルについて,システム構築に必要不可欠な機能に関する分析等を行った.次に,ロボットの導入が進む現状に関して,ロボットベース組立てラインバランシング(rALB)モデルの技術や問題点など調査分析を行い,従来のALBとrALBでの相違点,ロボット導入によるシステム制御の複雑さや困難さを把握し,効果的なシステム開発と可視化シミュレータの研究開発に努める.
その2:既存のソフトコンピューティング技術に対しての調査,分類,適用性の解析を行い,異なるアルゴリズムの中に生命システムをシミュレートしたルール,手順を概括し,ファジィ推論GAエンジンの研究開発した.本ファジィ推論GAエンジンは,パラメータ設定の複雑さ、高い計算負荷といった従来のGAの欠点を克服し,具体的な問題に対する有効性能を向上させるため,種々のソフトコンピューティング技法を組み合わせたハイブリッドアルゴリズム型シミュレータことである.
その3:ロボットベース組立てラインシステムの信頼性を向上させながらサイクルタイムの削減ため、設備機械数や作業者数の最適化,製品のグループ化と資源割当に着目し,研究開発したファジィ推論GAエンジンを基に,多くのベンチマーク例題を用いた数値実験によるその性能評価を行った.また,必要に応じて事例研究テーマに関する開発技法の改善及び適用を行った.
