Research Abstract	健常者10名20手において、実際に手関節装具を装着することによる正中神経の側方移動への影響を検討した。装具は手関節角度を軽度背屈位、示指・中指を軽度屈曲位に背側より固定する(以下装具と記載)。装具にて手関節のみ固定し、手指を順次屈曲し正中神経の側方移動距離を測定した。つづいて示指・中指の固定を追加して母指・環指・小指について順次屈曲し正中神経の側方移動距離を測定した。示指・中指の固定の前後で、母指・環指・小指の屈曲に伴う正中神経の側方移動距離について統計学的検討を行った。母指・環指については特に有意差はみられなかった(それぞれのp値は0.704、0/106)が、小指については示指.中指を固定することで正中神経の側方移動距離が有意に減少する傾向がみられた(p=0.023)。続いて、装具装着の前後で、母指・環指・小指の屈曲に伴う正中神経の側方移動距離の合計値上について統計学的検討を行った。装具を装着することにより、母指・環指・小指の屈曲に伴う正中神経の側方移動距離の合計値が有意に小さくなる傾向が認められた。(p=0.0237358) 以上の結果から、示指・中指も合わせて固定する手関節装具を装着することで、固定されていない指による正中神経の側方への滑動についても抑制できる可能性が示された。
