Research Abstract |
This work is to develop a single-molecule sensing device using nanofluidic system, which has a channel having tens to hundreds nanometer sized width and height. As results, we have successfully demonstrated the single DNA molecule detection in the nanochannel by ultra-sensitive (fA order) electric measurement. Furthermore, we have also successfully demonstrated an on-chip electric measurement circuit, which was integrated on the nanofluidic chip to realize portable system.
