Research Abstract	This project examines the conditions which implement effective distance learning between Japanese language learners and Japanese native speakers. It is significant that internet environment for the Skype level connected a native Japanese language teacher to several learners individually, and provided lecture style class, although it could not be presented handouts under the low connection speed
