Research Abstract |
We conducted research on the role of soft law within the framework of consumer law in Western countries (especially, Australia, Europe, America). We looked at several models that could be incorporated into Japanese consumer law. We produced many papers and gave several presentations about our conclusions both in Japan and Australia.
