Research Abstract |
The aim of this study is to clarify the difference between Japanese and British marketization. In Japanese case, marketization accompanies with deregulation, but in British case it coexist with regulation or re-regulation. In particular, the government controls marketization and privatization in British educational policies through many targets and criteria.
